Avis

The product was reliable and the battery lasted through the day even as we traveled to some isolated areas.

Works very well and it’s worth the price. Easy to pick up and return

Our second trip to Japan and we've utilised Japan Wireless both times for a reason. Excellent signal strength, exceptional service and communication and a very competitive price. No question we'll be using Japan Wireless again next time. Thank you!

Easy to set up and use. Would highly recommend

This Pocket Wifi was a life saver. It helped me and my family have Internet access everywhere we went. The kit came with a battery which was helpful if I was out longer than 8 hours in a day. The process of retrieving it from the airport then returning it via post office was seamless. The only drawback was the signal maxed out at 4G everywhere. It was sufficient for our needs. It would have been nice to have a 5G signal. I would get this product again the next time I visit Japan.

I was in Kyoto for a 3 month stay and it worked exactly as advertised and was easy to pick up and return.

Reliable WiFi at a reasonable price. The included power bank gave us peace of mind even though we rarely had to use it. Delivered to our hotel and dropped off the device in the pre-paid envelope at the post box at the airport. We’ve used Japan Wireless five times since 2023 and the one time we had issues with the device, a replacement was sent the next day.

fast speed internet and reliable internet

Ottimo servizio, ideale per turisti. Mi sono davvero trovato bene in tutte le fasi recupero del dispositivo, utilizzo e rispedizione dello stesso. Consiglio vivamente

Worked perfectly. Would have helped if someone explained how to set it up. After long delayed long haul flights it wasn’t a great start. Would still recommend as it worked perfectly & never faultered
