Easy airport pickup and easy fast setup
Backup battery a plus
Easy return

Worked perfectly for my trip

Good and reliable performance

La pocket wifi à très bien fonctionné partout où nous étions, pour 3 personnes. La batterie dure toute la journée sans souci. La batterie de secours rassure.

方便小巧，网络数据畅通无阻
使用方便连接快捷，还附加充电宝充电线

The internet connection for two phones worked flawlessly with a single device. We only had to restart the device once during the entire trip. The battery lasted all day even under heavy use, including browsing maps and public transport schedules.

Pickup and return were very convenient, even though they took place at airports in different cities. I can highly recommend it to everyone.

It connected everywhere I tried to use it. No connectivity or speed issues with the service. Will absolutely use it again.

We are so glad to rented this wifi. I was in Japan for 17 days. I had no any wifi problem at all. It came with a power bank. I charged it every night. The power bank had no problem to last for whole day.

After a confusing start (admittedly on my end) that was promptly cleared up with swift service via email, the rental period went without any issues. Connection quality and speed was great all throughout Tokyo.

It works well, easy to setup. Will use again next time visit! Only issue I find is slightly laggy on maps navigation but still get me from A to B.
