Had the Premium wifi for 10 days, provided reliable and fast wifi for a family of 4 while travelling around Sendai, Tokyo and Osaka. Lasted the whole day without even having to use the powerbank provided. Pick-up was fast and easy, also it was no problem that we had to retrieve it 1 day later than planned due to a cancelled flight. Very simple to return as well. Had an excellent experience with Japan Wireless

We had rented it for 4 weeks, pick up was easy, we had connection everywhere and returning was easy.

Great option if you have a locked phone and cant do esim. Its slim and good battery life. The only issue is that sometimes I have to reset the network because it cant find a good connection. It can be annoying at times for that reason. Other than that it was a very good option. With the coupon code, it was a good price.

It worked great. Never gave us problem while our 2weeks stay.

Wifi router pickup was very easy. Provided great coverage during our stay. Only issue was that it seemed the power bank couldn't keep it charged for very long. But it was small issue as we didn't use power bank very much.
