Good coverage and service

wireless is easy to start with, it worked well during the week. Only you have to remember to charge it every night. And it is a bit expensive

Well priced, reliable 4G hotspot that served us well for a month in Japan. Coverage worked well from Tokyo all the way to Okinawa and the included powerbank ensured it always lasted a full day easily. The unlimited appeared genuinely unlimited and we didn't see any issues or slowdowns across the 5 devices we shared the connection between. Would definitely recommend to others for trouble-free travel.

Exactly as advertised.. excellent uninterrupted service. Truly unlimited with NO throttle back.. Traveled to Tokyo to Horisaki without problems. Worked in the sub ground station when tracking trains. Came with external battery pack. Compact sized to carry in carry pack. VERY easy pickup and self mail envelope to drop off in any mail box. Amazing and excellent service. Steaming video was fine. All US and Japanese application worked without any problem. Service desk polite and super helpful

The service was absolutely amazing! Was out our hotel when we arrived and easy to setup. Had no connection issues and the internet was quick, worked well for what we needed. The power bank to charge on the go was great and essential, allowed us to go all day without running out of charge. One night the power ran out but wasn't a big deal, had an early start so was a big day. I think I hadn't quite charged it fully so that was more my fault I think. Easy to return at the airport before heading home. I only gave it 4 stars because I think the battery on our pocket wifi might of been starting to wear out. Would loose charge a little quicker than I thought. But the supplied power bank kept it going for the day.

I couldn’t be more satisfied. The browsing speed was incredible, data was unlimited, and the router had a very long-lasting battery—plus, it even came with an external battery pack. Everything arrived in excellent condition in an envelope with easy-to-follow instructions. Returning it was simple: you can just drop it into any red mailbox (which are easy to find at airports). Honestly, 100% recommended.

Amazing connection in our Japan trip

Got 14 Days for a trip and had pretty reliable data. Only time I really dropped connection was up in the mountains. No regrets
