Used this WiFi provider during my Japan trip and had a great experience! Super reliable connection and the internet speed was consistently fast—perfect for navigating, uploading photos, and even streaming. The pick-up and return process was smooth too, with clear instructions provided—which is such a small thing but really appreciated when you’re traveling. Definitely recommend!

The process was easy to navigate and all communication was effective and concise. Would recommend Japan Wireless services to people in the future.

The return was as easy as pickup. I will always use Japan Wireless when ever I visit Japan.
Thank you for the hard work.
If you can have video of how to pickup and return for furture customer that would be great.

Cheap, convenient!!!

Super fast connection

Very reliable product. I was able to fully utilize all the devices I needed for 3 weeks of travel. It was waiting for me at my hotel and drop off was simple.

Getting a pocket wifi in Fukuoka was fast & easy. Sales person help set it up in my phone. Return process was very easy, just had to find a post office box outside of the international terminal. Would use the service again.

We will use it again!!!

Great service. I recommend this to anyone traveling to Japan that needs an esim.

We chose a pocket wifi over sim card during our trip to Japan. We were not disappointed at all, it worked perfectly everyday for 3 weeks. Never had any issue with the wifi, even when we used it all day long with 2 phones connected. It can easily last 4 or 5 hours. An external battery is included in the package, which is perfect to ensure that the pocket wifi lasts all day. No regret, no trouble at all
