Easy to use, great connection

We used the pocket WIFI for almost 7 days in Osaka, Kyoto and Nara. We never had any issue in connection, it did well. And it really helps a lot during our stay in Japan. Definitely when we come back again in Japan will order the Japan Wireless WIFI again. Highly recommended.

Excellent WiFi. Good delivery and return service.

This is a very good portable device. Be sure to carry the portable battery if you keep your WiFi on for more than 5 hours.

We used this mobile WiFi for the 7 days we visited Tokyo, Osaka and Hiroshima. It worked great, no issues at all. The battery lasted all day!

Ordering the pocket wireless was simple. It was at my hotel when I arrived, as requested, which was a great relief so I could start exploring soon after arrival. Instructions were easy and the pouch that the items came in was easy to organize and carry around Kyoto. The envelope (included) for returning via mail made returns easy, as well. Having the pocket wireless made my trip worry-free.

Good connectivity throughout my trip in Japan (Tokyo, Mt Fuji, Hiroshima, Kyoto, etc.) It was delivered to my hotel ahead of my arrival. And at the end of my stay I dropped it off at the local post office box in Japan. It was very smooth and trouble free.
