We used it and it was especially helpful in areas in low signal areas or when our bandwidth slowed down. You must remember to return it before you go through security but it was a bit tricky to find the kiosk/box to deposit it.

Japan wireless provided excellent service from booking until the use of the unit. The instructions are clear and with frequent reminders so you will have a hassle free and seamless use of the internet services. Will definitely book again.

There were two of us using the product and we had uninterrupted WiFi service during our 11 day trip, which was a huge help since my cell service did not work. Great product, easy pickup and easy return.
