Coverage was great. Even in some fairly remote areas. On the Bullet Train was not great but, so was the onboard wifi. Plan covered 3 connections. Wish there was 4 but, managed fine with what was configured.

Recommend to reserve early for an early bird discount. The desk is located before you exit the Narita airport. Everything was packaged nicely and easy instructions. WiFi worked everywhere. Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka . Thankful for the charger that was included. Was using google maps often. Easy return at the Haneda airport. Pre-labeled Manila envelope included and dropped off in box outside the airport.
Definitely will rent again the next time I’m in Japan. Quick responses when I had questions.

Amazing product, great battery life, I got wifi connection everywhere I went to in Japan and good internet speed too.

The Equipment was very easy to install and worked everywhere and anytime. It was already the third time we travelled with japan wireless and we recommend it very much.

Great service! Used the portable router for 21 days and had nice coverage and 0 issues using it. Picking it up and returning it was a breeze. Customer support were really helpful and responsive too. Would highly recommend!

I hired two units, one for each couple. The units worked seamlessly all over Japan. Very impressed.

Great service from Tokyo-Kyoto-Osaka for a family of 4 all family members always connected at fast speeds. Also accurate delivery as package was at hotel when requested, ease of return at airport mailbox.

Setup was very easy. Excellent reception all over Japan. I highly recommend.

Excellent network coverage. Great speed as well

Worked as expected! Will use again!
