Votre partenaire privilégié durant votre séjour au Japon
Loved the pocket wifi for our week long trip, easy to pickup and drop off. Worked great for using 2 phones on it and battery life was better than stated. Would get this again if we come back!

The process was very smooth. The Wifi was delivered to our hotel on time, they sent a reminder on when and how to drop it off in the mail box with the return envelop that they sent to avoid extra charges. And it all went well and as expected. We used the Wifi in Tokyo, Kyoto and most of the area in between and the connection was really good. The only time that we didn't get a good service was on the Shinkansen from Kyoto to Tokyo. But out of the 15 days, we could live without connection for 2 hours on the train. Highly recommend!

We are delighted that the connection served you well across Tokyo, Kyoto, and the regions in between throughout your 15-day trip. We also appreciate your understanding regarding the reception on the Shinkansen, as bullet trains moving at high speeds through tunnels can occasionally disrupt cellular signals.
