Avis

Easy to pick up. Easy to drop off. Easy to set up. Also comes with a portable charger to charge the pocket wifi when you are out and about! Great option if you need wifi!

We were very happy with the product. We had 24/7 wifi.
Also the service is impressive. When we arrived at our hotel the enveloppe with the wifi-box was waiting for us at the reception desk.
Just before leaving Japan it was easy to send the product back. Once we arrived in our home country we had a message in our in-box to confirm that the box was received by Japan Wireless. Excellent!

Worked well, wherever I went in Japan. Long lasting Batteries were a plus

Very good product, worked as expected

After using this for 2 different trips, I can say that the service is flawless and I haven't had any issues. Wonderful product and service!

high reliable and high performance

we were satisfied, ok

Device worked great, very satisfied. Giving a 4 instead of a 5 because I think they should make the instructions to return stand out much more, eg, make all caps with an exclamation point. Too easy to forget to return until it is too late!
