Great price, super easy to use. No drop outs in coverage. Charge lasted all day no need to use portable charger. I used it for two mobile phones. It was delivered to my hotel before I arrived to Japan and was super easy to post back at departing airport. Will use again.

Japan Wireless was a great options! We signed up and they had our units and cords and batteries waiting for us at the hotel! We went with personal WiFi’s instead of eSim because we didn’t want to be caught without signal when we needed it the most. We pretty much had coverage everywhere we went! Such piece of mind! Then when we were done, walked across the street from our hotel and dropped the units and batteries in self addressed envelopes provided into a mail box and done! Easy peasey!! Highly recommend!

Got the device in advance of the scheduled delivery and it connected my family to the internet. I like that the standard business package already includes an external battery, it allows me use it the whole day and just charge once at the of the day

Reliable wifi with reasonable speeds. Has all instructions on how to set up and return device - super convenient to pop into nearest post box when returning. However, battery does not last a full day out.

Great battery life i encountered no problems

super easy to use could bring it everywhere and it always worked, used it all around tokyo and osaka. the portable charger that came with it didnt have much battery life to it, the battery on the wifi lasted fairly long though, definitely worth the money. we used it for 24 days no problems
