Very good product, easy to pick up from Narita Airport and to return with included prepaid envelope. The device's battery tended to get low relatively quickly. Previously I used devices with better batteries

Japan wireless had great connection during our 2 week stay. Pick up and drop off was easy. Directions were very clear. We appreciated the pouch with battery pack and wire. Our battery did not work very well but we had our own so we were ok.

Always use Japan wireless whenever Iam in Japan which is usually 2-3 times a year. I really like the delivery service to your hotel. And you require any assistance they respond quickly.

Pick up and return in Kansai airport was easy. We went to Kyoto, Osaka, Nagoya and Nara, the signal was great. Battery last for long and there is a power bank included. We did not encounter a problem.

Everything was very good including the ablility to put it into the envelope and mailbox at the airport for returning. The only negative was that the unit or subscription stopped one day earlier than it was supposed to.

The process of pick up and return of pocket was simple, fast and smooth. Usage and connection were good as well. Just that the wifi pocket heated up pretty easily.

It worked fine & withing my expectations. I will use again on my return to Japan. Thank you!

Great little wifi box. Good speeds and it lasted a whole day out and about. Will definitely get it again!
