I really can use it everywhere, but I had a problem in Karumai, Iwate, Japan. Sometimes it failed inside stores and I didn't know why and the power bank discharge so fast.

Randomly the device would loose all signal. I would restart the device & still no signal. Each time it would last 10 minutes give or take time. The signal icon would have letters & when I google searched they would pertain with device or connection issues. The device would also get concerningly hot if it was in any bag or enclosure. I made a elastic hair band mount for the outside of my backpack to keep it cool. This did not improve the dropped signal. I started putting it in the mount on the 2nd day of having the device. When it did work properly I had great service & internet connection with good upload & download speeds. It was functional in every area we went north & south of Tokyo. Work well on trains & in subways. Very happy with the price & value.

Good internet. Having the option of plugging in two USB into the charger was a nice bonus. The device even managed to last until I got to the hotel, so I did not even need to use the extra battery.
