When it comes to Daily eSIM Plans, your eSIM internet connection will remain active, but it will operate at a decreased speed. For our eSIM Data Plans, once you exceed your data limit, the internet connection will be suspended.
Unfortunately, topping up your eSIM plan is still not available at the moment. If you require additional data, the only option is to purchase more data. For temporary usage, we recommend selecting daily plans.

To check the activation status of your eSIM, please go to the "My eSIM" section and look under the "Purchased" category on our website. If it's not activated, you can attempt a manual setup. .
