Avis

The pocket wifi was more effective at connecting than an iPhone, and when I forgot to return the unit before passing through airport security the customer service was courteous and prompt in helping me return it after I returned home.
We will certainly utilize Japan Wireless on our next trip to Japan!!

Simple to order and use. Very reliable for my week long trip

got it delivered to our hotel battery lasted us all day great coverage never let us down .would use japan wireless again

Very good service as always. Thank You

I used the Wi-Fi unit while I was in Japan for the 3+ weeks I was there. I worked well and I will certainly use your company again. You supply a power pack and that got me into difficulties as I neverused it but it came up when going through the airport security. Leave it out. We can charge the unit in our hotel daily - no need to have a power pack.

Good service, it was easy to use the wifi spot. Next time we will do the same

Good internet connectivity and battery life! Got me through my trip!

Easy pickup and delivery at Haneda. Worked everywhere we went in Touhoku. The battery pack is nice as added security.
