Grande experiência com a Japan Wireless, sempre com rede durante toda a estadia. Quando cheguei ao hotel tinha o router a minha espera e na partida foi só entregar o envelope dos correios com o equipamento (no caso na receção do hotel que puseram nos correios).EXCELENTE EXPERIENCIA, Obrigado

Simple, easy instructions. Reliable product that delivers on it's promises, especially with the added power bank. Gladly we made a mistake and took it back to Europe because it made us experience the extremely helpful and professional staff. What a delight.

I've been very happy with the 30 day sim.
Worked 99% of the time even in most subway stations.
The only critique I can give is that installation for first time users can be very confusing, luckily I had help from a more experienced person who could help me.
