It was great to have and it made looking up things easier

This is the Second time I used Japan Wireless and I can honestly say it a superb service!

This is the best internet option for your trip to Japan. No data cap, and their customer service is always on point and quick to reply. I admire this company. Thank you. We will definitely use this from now on when we go to Japan.

No complaints. Did everything it needed to do.

it was stabilize and fast

Great service will recommended to others

Wifi worked great, only downside was having to always carry this. It was shorter than my phone and the width was similar but it was thicker than my phone making it a little awkward to carry in your pocket. Although I am pretty sure my phone was not compatible with an esim. Battery life was great just remember to change it every night.

We had a perfect experience renting portable wifi from Japan Wireless for 3 weeks. Everything was easy to get, set up, use and return. Wifi was flawless. We could not have done the trip without it!

Good service! Excellent support! Delivery on point!

The best wifi in japan
