Ordering and receiving the wifi device was easy and efficient. The wifi service worked well throughout my trip. The company was reliable to follow up via email with tracking info and instructions to easily return the device by mail once done. Excellent experience.

Parfait nous avons eu du Wi-Fi pendant tous notre voyage

use it in Tokyo and Osaka
Works almost everywhere

The wirless is indespensable when traveling through Japan

Everything was realy good. I could collect the equipment easily, everything was ready for me. The device worked perfectly. We where very happy with it

Easy to connect & install. Great net all over Japan. It's in your own phone.

The pocket Wi-Fi service was excellent. The device was waiting for us at the hotel, it was easy to set up and the battery lasted all day, everyday. We had a good Wi-Fi connection everywhere we went, during our 2 week trip.

We used the wifi all day everyday of our 2 weeks trip & always had super fast wifi without issue. The battery also lasted 12+ hours everyday and we only had to charge overnight. I will rent from them on all my future trips to Japan!

Service was excellent , we used it on 5 devices the entire time and it did not dissapoint. When i go back to Japan i will 100% use them again. Pick up was easy and drop off also .

Long as it was fully charged at beginning of the day, it lasted all day. At least with the router we had. Connection was good on all subways and trains and no noticeable delays
