Had a great experience with Japan wireless wifi. Claiming the kit was a breeze. It worked perfectly the whole day and we never had a problem with it. Returning it thru the post/mailbox was swift. Would definitely purchase a package again!

Had a trip to Japan recently and we needed a pocket wifi since we'd be going to aomori. I'm glad that I saw a post on FB regarding Japan Wireless and decided to rent one.

When we landed at Haneda airport at 5am, we only had to wait for a short time since they open at 6:30am. The package came in a brown envelope, inside was the pocket wifi, charging cable and brick, powerbank, and a return envelope.

I'm glad that there was a return envelope so I didn't had to rush over to their booth to return the pocket wifi. I could just drop it off any where.

All in all 10/10 service. Would rent from them again.

Everything worked out great. The pick up and drop off went smoothly, we had no issues and would definitely use this service again on our next trip to Japan!

The service is easy to use with clear instructions. The connectivity was also very good. The only places we could not get consistent connectivity were when were in very rural areas of Hokkaido. Only complaint my husband and I had was that when it lost connection in those areas it took a while to come back online.

My family travelled to Osaka & Kyoto in Oct 2024. We've booked a pocket wifi from Japan Wireless. The produce worked excellent throughout our trip. It was very convenient to pick up at the airport and to drop off at a mailbox before we left Japan. I highly recommend using their products.

Wifi service was fast and the battery had a long life. At end of the day, wifi was still over 50% thank you so much
