Took a year package, very useful, works almost everywhere (if you go to Yakushima, internet can be difficult to find), I'm so glad that I found this product, I carried it with me everyday !

Overall the service was good ad provided excellent wifi coverage across Japan, however the battery life of my wifi unit was not great and did need boosting from the backup pack on a few days. Hence it was essential to take both pieces with me at all times which was quite bulky.

I ordered the business Wi-Fi for 2 1/2 weeks while we were on a hike on our Nakasendo Way hiking trip and general touring from Kyoto to Tokyo. It worked great...from the moment that we picked it up at our first hotel to the last day when we sent it back by mail. Don't travel without it.

Amazingly accessible to first time users, while also being consistent throughout the trip. Thanks to the Haneda Airport help desk, I was able to easily pick up my pocket wi-fi after a tiresome flight. Drop-off was even easier at the airport. Thanks to this service, I was able to navigate Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto without too much trouble. Would highly recommend. Will be using the service again in future trips!

It is very useful that you can use it for up to 5 devices. Also I didn't have any issue streaming at the same time using the date for other devices.
If it was 5G rather than 4G, it would be even better.

I used this service for my 2 week stay in Japan and never had any issues while visiting, the speed was fast and browsing while on the go was never a hassle. I will definitely use this service again with my next visit!
