My wife and I used pocket WiFi for our three week trip from the UK to visit our son and daughter in law in Sapporo. By around 7pm-8pm we would have to connect it to the power bank as two users would drain the battery quicker. The only time we list connectivity was during the more remote areas of our Hokkaido road trip when even the locals list their internet signal! A great, cost effective value for money solution - we will definitely use this again

My experience with Japan Wireless was seamless and so easy. I did the rental in advance online and the WiFi was ready for pick up at Haneda Airport when I landed. The service/coverage was very good and I have absolutely no complaints. I highly recommend Japan Wireless mobile WiFi.
