Avis

I had this booked for my recent trip to Japan, and it was incredibly easy to pick up at Narita Airport. It was also super easy to drop off at the airport when I was leaving. The wifi was amazing, and I had no issues using it, we had great connection wherever we went. I would be happy to use it again when I come back to Japan again.

Great service. Thanks

Very easy to pick up and return. Thank you, Japan Wireless!

Efficient and understanding administrative support by staff was outstanding.

Used Japan wireless the last few years to Japan and their prices are competitive. I was able to use a coupon code to bring down the price as well. I have no problems with the network as it works almost all the time. The only thing for first time users might have a problem finding the place since there are other carriers in the same vicinity. Their booth is basically a closet. Mailing back WiFi is easy since they are at the airport. I’ll be using their service next time i go back for sure.

Very easy to use and install. Great way to stay connected while traveling.

Very reliable. Never had an issue with connection or speed even with 4 devices connected. Pick and and return was easy.

This was my first esim experience. I was worried but everything worked smoothly. I was particularly happy that it “knew” when to turn off and reinstate my home service automatically. Thanks!!

Renting a wifi device was so easy--it was easy to arrange a pickup and so easy to return (we just dropped it off in a mailbox).

We always get the pocket wifi when we travel to Japan! The connection was steady throughout our 8 day stay. Even in the rural mountain areas! Highly recommend 10/10
