Avis

Had great service during our vacation in Japan. All the instructions were very clear and convenient (pick up at Haneda, mail back instructions). Thank you!!

I’ve used many other services and Japan Wireless is simply the best! Picking up is easy- and the packet comes with not only your full battery WiFi, but also all the cords as well as a bonus battery pack to make the device last all day!
I’ve hardly had any crashes and had no problem traveling throughout Japan.
The beautiful thing is when you’re done… just ship to ANY outgoing mailbox! I’ve used Japan Wireless twice already and will come back again!

We have been ordering for many years & happy with the service!

Ordering, pickup, setup and use was so easy. Our trip and travels throughout Japan would be different without the pocket wifi. Thank you for the peace of mind.

So easy to deal with and reliable

Awesome product. Worked well immediately after purchase, in the airport. Easy set up with directions. Had no problems with service from Tokyo metro to Nagano to Mt Fuji.
Highly recommend.

Easy to buy and install e-sim. Great network

used this device. Instant eSIM activation, no hassles, fast and cheap. No downtimes during my stay in Japan. You guys are great, keep doing what you are doing - it’s great.

Smooth and fast without any issues whatsoever throughout my time in Japan. Thanks!

Great system and process. Not one problem over the period we travelled in Japan. Will use again next time.
