Avis

As always, great service. Had slight connection issues while in Ryogoku watching sumo tournament.

Very easy to use and convenient to return since it can be dropped off in any postbox.

Very good connection at a reasonable price

Waiting for me at my hotel , seconds to set up , worked brilliantly all over Japan

I cannot remember the first time I started using Japan Wireless but I would say maybe a total of 10 times. - renting one or more units once or twice a year. The units are reliable, last the full day or longer (needing an occasional power cycle to reset) and have kept me connected wherever I go. I have noticed other players in the wireless market but prefer to stick with my years-long tried and true JW.

Simpatico Perfect!!!

The service was perfect. Thank you!

Great product. Very reliable.

Worked great our whole trip!

Easy pick up and drop off at airport, and a reliable service throughout my stay.
