Avis

Quick delivery, and very easy to set up. Worked perfectly everywhere we went.

Did not have any problems in Tokyo, Takayama, Kyoto, Hiroshima, and Osaka, and only had to charge at night.

Muy buen servicio, la batería dura muy bien durante el día solo una vez tuve que recárgala. No tuve problemas de señal en ningún lado. Seguramente lo volvería a contratar.

Fantastic coverage and service

Device delivered to my hotel on time, even though I had to change the pickup locations a couple of times before I left my home country for Japan. Great service throughout Japan from Tokyo to Nagasaki. No issues with connectivity anywhere, even in small towns and rural farms. Very easy to follow directions for drop off.

It provided us with an excellent wifi hotspot on all our journeys across Japan. Reception and bandwidth were great. Very portable and easy to setup and use.
Small inconvenience, we had to reset it twice. It would have been useful to have instructions specific to that model, but we figured it out. I would still recommend having a backup eSIM.

Reliable internet anywhere.

Everything worked out fine as described. Very good coverage even in the countryside of Japan. We had 2 units for 3 people and never had a slowdown anywhere and 100%.
Return in Narita was easy.
The only thing being a small challenge was to find the pick up point in Kansai airport but friendly Airport information was there to help, so absolutely no problem.
I recommend this service.

Great experience and easy to use and set up. Was at our hotel when we arrived and deposited in post box on way out of Japan. Worked great the entire time and would highly recommend.

We only used pocket wifi during our trip. This router was amazing. We were able to connect all our devices and the signal was always clear. Highly recomment
