There was no problem at all for the 15 days of use, alwais good and fast connection.

Japan Wireless worked almost perfectly, the only issue I had was at the end of a very long day (5:00am to midnight) the power to the system (ie battery within the WiFi unit & the external battery pack were exhausted). Otherwise it never lost a beat & did everything I needed from it.

Easy to use and handle. Long lasting battery and we connected 2 devices without losing speed

Rented a business wifi during our 12 day trip in Kansai Prefecture. The package included a powerbank. The pocket wifi did not need the extra powerbank but my phone did. It was really convenient from pick up to drop off. The signal was also good to strong in all the places we went. Will definitely rent from them again.
