Internet is realiable and able to provide our internet needs during our Japan trip.

Picking up and returning my pocket wifi at the airport was very easy. I just followed the instructions provided by Japan Wireless and everything went very well. The pocket wifi worked flawlessly and I was able to access all the information I needed with my smartphone to help me find and get to all the places I wanted to see in Japan.
I especially liked the fact that I received an email from Japan Wireless notifying me that they received the returned pocket wifi and thanking me utilizing their services.
I will definitely be getting my pocket wifi from Japan Wireless the next time I travel to Japan.

Perfect Services. It works very good 👍

We used this wifi in two people for 17 days and it was perfect. No problem at all, we charge it once a day and it was enough. Even if I lost the pouch for if, they were really nice and kind and it was quickly solved.
Thank you from Czech Republic

No hassle at all!! Very good service and connection. Will definitely avail again!

The best and reliable wifi internet service. Connected always throughout Japan.

Very easy and staff very responsive on questions.

Very easy and convenient location

I was extremely ssatisfied with all aspects of the wireless rental. Pick-up and return were very user-friendly, and the operating instructions were clear. I did not have any problems with the device and highly recommend Japan Wireless.

I love Japan - wireless. May go-to-wifi in Japan. It never fails us in connection etc.
