The pocket WiFi worked really great! Even underground where the trains are or in areas outside of the main cities, the WiFi worked great and was fast! We had up to 4 people using the WiFi at some point and the speed and connection never dropped. Will be using their pocket WiFi next time

I always rent from Japan Wireless when I visit Japan. The equipment is always delivered to me at the time promised. Equipment is dependable and always provides great Wi-Fi access, wherever I go in Tokyo. It allows me to stay on top of my work when I am away. It is definitely worth the cost for me.

Easy to set up, easy to use. Had connection everywhere we went (Tokyo, Izu, Kyoto, Osaka). Definitely recommend getting the battery pack to make sure you stay connected all day long.

I’ve used Japan Wireless on my last 3 trips, along with recommendations to at least two friends. Usually I have no problems, but this last trip I had an issue with my Router and they are very quick and accommodating. I was sent a replacement within days and I am happy knowing that they are actively ready and able to help resolve issues.

I highly recommend this service and will continue to use it again on my next trip.

I'm so glad I used their p pocket wifi on my recent trip to Japan. It cost so little compared to paying my mobile phone carrier international charges. Both of us have iPhones and shared the pocket wifi and it was so useful. We were constantly using google maps and translate which would n to have been possible without this service. The pick up and return was easy as were the instructions. Customer service was fast even when I reached out with questions via email. I would 100% recommend this for your travels.
