Great product. I enjoyed it.

We had great speeds and found the whole process incredibly easy. It worked in all the places we visited.

This pocket wifi was so needed and convenient to use! We had zero issues picking it up from the Narita airport and getting connected right away. It worked great everywhere we went in Japan. We used it all day long and the charge lasted 10 hours. Every device connected easily.

Perfect connection throughout the 2 weeks. Very good battery life also lasted 10 hours quite easily before needing a top up.

It is worth the money when you use the bullet train 4 or more times or for king distance travel from Tokyo. I travelled with kids and I had the constant gear of losing the paper tickets. I hope next time they will issue QR codes of a physical card like Suica to maximize the convenience of traveling with it.

Used wifi pod form 8 days in Japan without any issues.

Very seamless process and great service. There were some spots where we weren’t able to get service, but were able to connect in most cities

having fast, accessible wifi throughout our trip made everything so much easier. pick up & drop off was clear & simple. will definitely use again on our next trip.

Easy pick up/drop off and a need for tourists to stay connected and not worry about wi-fi!
