Japan Communication from start to finish was excellent and being able to have internet service all the time was great. Highly recommended.

I'm so happy I ordered this router for use during my Japan trip. No problems whatsoever! I used it daily and was able to take my family along with me on the tour via the Duo app so they could enjoy what I was seeing on the bus tour. No issues at all with speed or connectivity. The router was waiting for me at the hotel when I arrived with my group and was given to me with the room key (I didn't even have to go to the desk to ask for it!). Return was simple because the post office was just a block from my hotel.

I have had great service with Japan Wireless. I had to change my dates and they were accommodating. The pocket wifi worked well when traveling to different parts of Japan. I also thought the price with Japan Wireless was a little cheaper than other providers.

Having the pocket wifi along with a lightweight battery pack made my 14 day adventure in Japan very enjoyable. I could use the battery pack for my phone as well as for the pocket wifi near the end of the day. Japan wireless provided the whole package in a kit-pouch so you could easily store and find the items. The charge cord was also provided, but check it for wear and tear.
