Cost for 14 days fine, device easy to collect at Narita and post back on return with the pre-paid packet. The signal was always strong and very reliable, even on the trek deep into the jungle on remote Yakushima. For us an excellent and reliable choice.

The wifi rental was easy to get and return. We ended up not needing it for the full time we rented, so we were able to return it early and receive a refund for the remaining time. Great customer service and would highly recommend!
