We rented pocket wifi for our 16 days in Japan and the unit worked perfectly. Small and convenient, with connectivity for 4 of us, everywhere. Our traveling partners also rented a unit which didn't hold a charge, but then a new unit was sent out immediately and they picked it up at the nearby post office. When our trip was over we just popped the units into a post box using the provided envelopes. Easy pickup at the airport, easy drop off and good functionality!

I requested that my device be sent to my hotel which is very convenient. The wireless service work well for me and my family. At the end trip. I placed the device in the mailbox before going the security. The only problem I had was that the wireless charger battery die very quickly but the wifi work well in Toyko.

The pocket wifis were already there at the hotel when we arrived. Easy to set up and worked well throughout the entire trip. Easy return too. Handy that it came with a powerbank because the pocket wifi doesn't last all day. No complaints. Will order again from Japan Wireless.
