Great WiFi for my family’s first Japan trip. No issues and had consistent wifi throughout our entire trip. Great solution for people that do not have an unlocked phone. Make sure you bring the portable charger if you are gonna be exploring for more than 12hrs just in case

My husband and I used this on a recent trip to Japan
It was very helpful
We were able to have Wi-Fi in our apartment as well as wherever we traveled around the cities
It was a very reliable machine, and I will definitely use it again in the future

Fantastic service with Japan Wireless, worked like a charm.

Easy to reserve and pick up - I recommend it to anyone visiting Japan.

I have traveled to Japan several times and have used Japan Wireless on multiple occasions. Overall, I am very satisfied with their service.

The internet connection has always been fast and reliable, with strong signal coverage in all the areas I visited. The battery life is excellent and lasts throughout the day without any issues.

Pickup is very convenient. Upon arrival at the airport, I simply collect the device from the designated counter following the provided instructions. Returning the device is just as easy — I only need to place it in the provided envelope and drop it into a post box.

Based on my experience, Japan Wireless is a reliable and hassle-free option for staying connected while traveling in Japan.

Very easy to order, pick up, and drop off at mailbox when leaving. Very affordable.

This is the second time we’ve used Japan Wireless and have been satisfied with the ease of picking up and returning the pocket WiFi. Highly recommend!

Excellent service and website

I am highly satisfied with my experience with Japan Wireless portable wifi. It made travel easy, the service was great in all of the areas I visited, and returning via mail was seamless. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a temporary internet solution.

We had the device delivered to our hotel and then dropped it off at the airport. Easy as that. Connection was consistent across Tokyo and Kyoto and a good speed to use for navigation and social media throughout the day.
