JPW is the best! We have no issues connecting 4G LTE. Online at all times. I’d recommend JPW. I’ll definitely use their pocket wifi when I’m back. Ease of use, pickup, and return. The only thing is a little bit pricey for what it is. Thank you.

I used the system during a month in Japan (2026). Wifi was available everywhere
Produit：Premium WifiOverall - great company. Got to my hotel and the device was there. Battery lasted longer than expected. However, make sure you have an extra charger so you can charge it. It was simple to return. Return envelop was included and it was easy. FYI hotels have postal drop offs.
Produit：Premium WifiJapan Wireless delivered the device to the hotel. It was easy to set up and functioned well to support three devices. The battery charged lasted about 10 hours and they included a battery pack to recharge. The pre-addressed and pre-paid envelope made for an easy return, especially with the hotel staff assisting in the mailing.

It worked perfectly everywhere we went in Japan, with a reliable connection at all times. The only thing to remember is to keep the battery charged.

Process to order is very easy. Product worked well everywhere we went in Japan (Osaka, Kyoto, Nagoya, and Tokyo). Would definitely use this company again!
