Avis

It's worth renting, fair price and works well.

As always it was a great experience and we had no problems at all with how fast the wifi is.

Excellent, reliable & convenient
Highly recommend using one when traveling in Japan.
Had no connection issues.Easy collection at accommodation & returning of device.
Wouldn't be without it.

Japan wireless internet help us a lot from day 1 that we arrived in Japan and various places that we visited. Wil definitely us it again on our next visit.

Pickup was easy. Set up was a no brainer. Battery lasted all day. And there was a backup battery if we had needed it. Reception was generally good except at times on the subway or Shinkansen. Dropped of the package at the airport mailbox and got confirmation of receipt in <24 hours.
Great value compared to AT&T's crazy per phone per day charges

Always so easy to pick up, use, and drop off! Will always pick up these pocket WiFi’s when I’m in Japan!!

Japan Wireless makes it so easy and convenient to use their services - from convenient pick up to trouble free postal returns. Their package included the modem, back up battery, and charging cords. Coverage was excellent even in the train and subway stations.

Premium WiFi Rental with unlimited data is the best option.
Easy to use, reliable uninterrupted connection and delivery and return cannot be any easier. I will rent the Premium WiFi with unlimited data again and I recommend it for anybody.

Setup is quick and easy to use!

I needed portable WiFi on a last minute basis and was able to reserve one the day before and have it ready to pick up right at the hotel I was staying at. I had no issues using it and the WiFi quality was pretty good the whole time, as was battery life (it would need a charge up by late afternoon after being on starting at 9 am). Drop off was also easy as I was able to drop it off at a domestic post box directly at the airport terminal before going through security. Highly recommend!
