We had a wireless modem during our family holiday. Delivery was convenient and the speed was good most of the times. At times, the coverage was a bit shaky and had to turn on and off but overall it was convenient

I always choose Japan Wireless for my connectivity when travelling to Japan — their portable wifi unit is always in good condition.

No problems with data, great that it could be delivered to our hotel and easy to return in addressed envelope. Would definitely recommend it.

It was easy to use and provided great coverage. It was a very simple process to order before arriving in Japan and return before departing.

We had signal almost everywhere, so it was very convenient. My only issue is that the battery did not last as long as I wanted.

We have been used Japan Wireless' pocket wifi for the last 3 Japan trips (Tokyo, Osaka and Sapporo) and the experience has been very positive. The units connect fast and easy with all our devices (phones, tablets and laptops). It is convenient that we can have it delivered to our hotels and then simply drop it off at any postbox at the end of our use. We will definitely conitnue using Japan wireless for our future trips.
