Avis

Package delivered to hotel as expected. Simple instructions. Excellent quality wifi. Package came with battery charger which we used to charge the wifi unit or android phone while travelling. Easy drop off at Narita Airport. I recommend this company and service.

This little wifi gadget supplied great wifi all over on our trip from Tokyo-Kyoto-Hiroshima-Osaka. The battery life was seriously impressive, just don't try to send large files that seemed to wear the battery down much faster. For navigating, translating, emails and social media the battery lasted pretty much all day. Easy to pick up, easy to return. Will use again for sure.

Worked perfectly! My phone was not working at all without wifi so I needed something quick and they delivered to the hotel later the next day.

SIgn up every year when we go for 3 weeks to visit family, allows me to do work while not home

Had the pocket wifi for 5 weeks, easy to set up and no problems with wifi connectivity. I would recommend for people who are travelling and require a steady wifi connection.

reliable delivery, fast and reliable connection.

Use these guys everytime while in Japan.
The unit is ready for collection at the hotel when we checked in, and very easy to post back at the airpost departing the country.
Never had an issue with internet (and we travel everywhere there), and built in battery literally lasts all day, even though a spare is supplied.

Great service & easy delivery and return process!

i was very satisfied with the wifi-box and its delivery and the easy return. only 4 stars because the charger and the power bank didn't work. we tried and tried. luckily i was able to use my own charger and power bank. but i really liked it and would rent it again.... domo arigato!

Excellent, I had internet all time
