Mahalo for providing a great product. Easy to use, the extra chargeable battery was a nice touch. Will recommend anyone traveling to Japan to keep connect. Great price too! Cheaper than using AT&T plan!

We ordered two of the personal pocket wifi for our trip to Japan and everything from the ordering process, receiving it at the hotel and setting it up, to using it, and posting it back was so easy.

Great connection in all places, connecting up to 5 devices at a time, and the spare charger pack came in handy too. We will definitely use Japan Wireless again when we return to Japan.

Ease of use and access of the equipment. The return process is not complicated

I was able to pick up the module as soon as I arrived in Kansai Airport and start using the internet straight away. There was absolutely nothing to return but put them into the already prepared, pre-paid envelope and dump into a post box. This served my wife and myself for 4 days very well! Surely if I re-visit Japan, I will use this service, again!

I was referred to Japan Wireless from friends who used to live in Japan, and travel to Japan yearly. It was so easy!
I had the wireless device and battery delivered to our hotel on Tokyo, and when finished they provided a self addressed envelope that another hotel receptionist mailed for us before we went to the airport.
It was extremely useful to have and we needed the devices because we traveled in various areas and countrysides! Our cells were always fully charged!
