Easy , effective and effecient

I’ve been using Japan Wireless for many years. The service is always perfect and reliable. The equipment arrives as promised and works flawlessly. I will be using them whenever I visit Japan.

This is my second time using Japan wireless for my Japan vacation. I’m not very text savvy. I like things simple I would recommend Japan wireless to someone who wants Wi-Fi on their vacation. I would get the insurance just in case and for peace of mind. Haneda and Kansai have mailboxes before security for sending package out. If you are sure about your hotel at a certain date just have it sent there. The airport has Wi-Fi for doing the customs/ immigration process, but print out or download offline google maps to get to hotel. Most major hotels speak a little English so you’ll be ok without google translate till you get to your room! Have a great trip to Japan…

I have a US Verizon phone (Samsung s22).which supports eSIM. I deactivated the native SIM, and activated the eSIM. It registered on the network, but there was no connection. I had to manually add in the network access points as per the PDF instructions to finally get internet access. (Took another 5 minutes.)

It was a really good wireless hotspot, thought I would need to carry around the powrbank but was not needed, one charge would last 1.5 days! Really convenient and pocketable

We had a 10 day cruise around Japan. I had great coverage in every port. It was well worth the money.

The WiFi device fell off the table and had a broken battery door, so the company replaced the device at no extra charge. We also used the power bank to keep going during long days, and we are very happy with the service.

This is a great pocket wifi. However there are times it gets really hot or when there are many phones connected, the connections could be very slow.

It was very easy to pick up and return the wifi device at the airport. The signal was excellent everywhere I went. Highly recommend!
