This was our 3rd trip to Japan and our 3rd time using Japan Wireless pocket wifi. It arrives fully charged with a charger, adapter, and bag. Only wish the return envelope was a bit smaller to fit in any postal box. Otherwise very reliable wifi.

Easy, quick, simple.

Ordered a wifi pocket several times now. This time there was a little problem with the connection. One phone made a connection after quite some time and our other phone made no connection at all. Customer service was excellent and they delivered a new one straight away. All problems solved!

Device worked great, and when we had an issue and emailed provider, a return emailed was quickly received which solved problem. Would order again if ever back in Japan.

As usual a top experience: this was my 3rd time with Japan Wireless and all gone great! I took my device in hotel and sent back at the airport: easy, quickly and efficient!

no problems, it workded

Worked really well - was at hotel when we arrived, all the pieces were easy to use with a convenient travel pouch and worked well provided we remembered to charge each evening. Would use this service again in future and certainly made travels easier

It was super easy to pick up and set up the WiFi hotspot and then retune it via the mailbox at the airport.

The service was great the delivery was done to our hotel when we arrived in Osaka and we posted back when we flew out. The device covers up to 10 devices so for our group of 13 it worked perfectly as we always weren't together. Thanks for the great service

Can’t do without your pocket wifi. Used it daily for “4” devices.
It was easy to use and having the battery backup was reassuring.
