Votre partenaire privilégié durant votre séjour au Japon
The service was simple with clear instructions.
Internet was fast and steady.
I've had a little problem with the device after some days and the support sent me a new device the day after, without any cost.
Very efficient support and service :)
Perfect from any POV
Easy and fast. Very good service.
We had no issues whatsoever. Would recommend it to everyone.
Perfect service wi.fi everywhere in Japan and excellent service about operator in the airport.
Thank you
Good services from Japan Wireless. Especially because my first WiFi device was very probably faulty where its charging was not consistent and defective. As I informed JW customer support they quickly replied and proposed a solution, replacing the device by a new one sent out by mail to Kyoto Post Office. And it worked! Thanks a lot, very customer supportive.
I FOUND IT A T THE HOTEL AND WAS USEFULLY FOR ALL THE TRIP.
The Pocket WiFi service was excellent and the process to order one, receive one and to return was very easy. Will purchase again on my next trip to Japan.
