I have always been very happy with the service of Japan Wireless. Delivery was on time, return is simple. Connections were very stable and fast! The price was very competitive and in fact lower than any other provider. Will always go back to Japan wireless for my WIFI needs.

I have used this service on several occasions and found it to be a connect and forget about it device. It worked flawlessly and required no attention other than charging. It kept me connected at all times (except railway tunnels) from Tokyo to Hiroshima to Cape Soya without missing a beat. Pickup and return were easy. I can (and have) recommend this device and service.

Tout a été parfait! Rien à dire!

Second time in Japan, the excellent and easy service of Japan Wireless for a no-stress trip

there were 4 of us connected to the pocket wifi and no one had problems

Excellent . Good connection anywhere in Japan.

I'm now using Japan Wireless for a month now and loving every minute. It works excellent in the house and and outside. Great service.

Excelente servicio, lo recomiendo ampliamente, sin duda vuelvo a contratarlo cuando regrese a Japón, la batería extra es algo que fue de mucha ayuda, muchas gracias

The pick-up location was found easly and everything went smooth. The connection was sturdy, even when traveling outside of big citys like Tokyo or Kyoto. The router lastet the whole day and the price really is unbeatable. all of the instructions were well writen and easy to understand. Returnment went also without problems. Would totally recomend and use again.

Everything was Perfect!!!
