I am a resident in Japan and had a family of 4 coming for a couple of weeks.

I purchased the Business Wifi option and got it delivered directly to my home, including clear instructions and even a pre-paid envelope to return it later.

My family of 4 were connected to the Wifi device without any interruptions for the entire time (visiting the Kansai and Kanto areas), and thanks to the extra battery provided it would be enough for most of the days.

Collected the internet key at the Haneda airport and for 15 days I never had any problems. Reliable and fast internet whenever we went. Recommended.

I have used japan wireless on all of my 4 trips so far and it has always been perfect! The wi-fi:s work even on train and the battery easily lasts for the whole day. Very happy with the ease of ordering, using and returning the wifi device.

We used the device 24/7 with a group of 5 people while traveling across Japan, visiting cities like Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima, and Kanazawa. Not once did we experience a connection issue. This device is absolutely approved, without the slightest doubt!

I'd also like to highlight the impressive range of the device. We weren’t forced to stay side by side; even when we entered different shops, the connection remained strong.
