Good service and good price

Japan Wireless was incredibly convenient to use! They mailed my pocket wifi directly to my hotel, and drop off was simple. The WiFi worked wonderfully during my entire stay in Japan, whether I was on the train or hiking Mt. Inari. Would definitely recommend Japan Wireless to anyone traveling in the country.

We used the portable wifi in Japan for 10 days and the coverage was excellent. We used it pretty much all day everyday between 4 people and it never dropped out. It was waiting for us at our hotel at check in and was so easy to return. Highly recommend this service!

Servicio excelente tuve cobertura en todos lados y a buena velocidad un lujo

was a great service and highly recommended to anyone travelling in Japan

Excelente servicio me funcionó muy bien todo el tiempo muchas gracias

So glad we ordered this wifi for our holiday. So easy. Dropped off at our hotel for our arrival and then dropped in the postbox in the airport at our departure. One box was perfect for our family if 4 as the kids could also hook up their iPads to the same device.

The device has worked perfectly throughout the trip. Very easy to start and run. It includes a replacement battery, so it lasts for many hours.
We booked it easily on the website and when we arrived at the hotel on the first day we already had it at reception. Returns couldn't be simpler or more convenient.
Highly recommended!

Excellent coverage and easy to understand instructions. Very convenient and affordable option

Picked up straight from the airport when we arrived and was super convenient.
