Avis

Rien à dire. Très bon service. La poket wifi fonctionnait très bien même en dehors des très grandes villes.

Truly unlimited data, I have 2 children on youtube all the time.

Very good service and strong signal everywhere

Connection and speed was very good for the most part. Battery life was plenty for a whole day.
However, found it difficult to find the pick up outlet in Kansai Airport. The map provided was so confusing.
I highly recommend this to anyone travelling and needing wifi in Japan.

Very efficient WI FI. Did not have any problems with connectivity. Very easy to set up. Convenient location for drop off.

The pocket wifi was very useful during our trip thank you

The wireless service was great. I had no issues.

It’s my second time to purchase an eSIM from Japan wireless, this time for a trip to Fukuoka. Before I left for the trip, I printed out the eSIM QR code. As soon as I arrived at their airport, I connected first to the airport wifi to activate the eSIM and it worked immediately! Didn’t experience disconnections or slowing of connection at any time while traveling around Fukuoka. I highly recommend that you try using Japan wireless eSIM if you travel to Japan.

Easy delivery and drop off. Worked great. The charging cable was kind of loose.

Simple and essential. Great service and network reliability. Would recommend for anyone travelling to Japan
