Avis

Very convenient, fast and reliable. Maybe we had selected the fastest package. We were in Sapporo and Tokyo did not encounter any connection problem. We have 4 to 5 people constantly connect to it. Battery in the hub is pretty good, still got around 10% after a day of use (approx. 10 hours) so never need the backup power bank.

It works as expected. I can highly recommend it. I used it for 3 weeks in Tokyo.

Service is brilliant! Used it 5 times

Service perfect. Every thing ok.

Ottimo servizio. Prenotazione online e cambi illimitati

Always online in Tokyo and Kyoto.
Sometimes was necessary to reset the connection , specially in underground areas.
Recommended for Japan travelers

The coverage is great and it lasts for a day.

Great wifi coverage and all so easy

Easy pick up, activation, and return
Would use again.
Battery life was a touch shorter than ideal is the only complaint I could mention.
But all in all a great service

This was so simple and perfect we had it the whole time while we were in japan we had no problems at all and it was so easy to return thank you so much we will definitely use your company again
