No problems with usage of Premium WiFi from travel in Tokyo all the way to Kyoto/Nagoya. Easy charging of WiFi and returning process with convenient mailboxes located all over for drop off.

We had no trouble with WiFi throughout our 2 week stay in Japan. The device was very lightweight and portable. The initial pickup was confusing but the drop off was straightforward.
