Picked up and returned at Haneda Airpot. Easy to use and convenient

Easy pick up and return at Haneda airport. Will definitely order it again on our next visit.

Worked as advertised. Found it very helpful.

This was the best internet I ever had. Thanks for the service, it was amazing, it never failed

Very handy having this portable device and sharing it with my travel group together. It was easy to collect from the airport and use throughout our vacation and worked well.

I always rent the premium pocket WiFi when going to Japan. With the pocket WiFi I am completely independent; I never even needed the backup battery but had peace of mind having it in my travel pouch. Lightweight, and never let me down. I don’t like messing with SIM cards in my phone, instead sending back the WiFi back right from the airport is easy enough. I am a repeat customer and will definitely be back!

Great coverage, I went from Tokyo down to Hiroshima and coverage remained fast and consistent

Premium Wifi service worked very well. Delivered to hotel. Mailed back in envelope provided by vendor. No complaints .

Very nice and convenient pocket wifi. The internet is absolutely good. We will 100% rent from here again.

Highly recommended!
