Avis

I have used Japan Wireless a few times. The experience has been good. I have the unit delivered to the hotel and drop it off at the mail box at the airport. I had coverage everywhere, even in the subway.

We rented the JW pocket wifi in March and November 2024. The unit worked great without any issues and made navigating throughout Japan very easy and enjoyable. Receiving the unit and returning was made so simple...The customer service was great! Will be renting the unit again next year when we visit Japan. Thanks so much...

Japan wireless provides a seamless and fast network all over the country in a very reasonable price for travelers. Very convenient to receive and return. Highly recommended.
Enjoy your travel in Japan with high speed internet conncetivity.

everything was perfect! They sent super quickly the device and it worked properly! :)

Fast and reliable, we will happily use this service again.

Very good. Return before security at AirPort 😀

Good use when travel in Japan

Organised in advance, Japan Wireless was delivered to my hotel, ready and waiting to be connected to. Easy to connect, great battery life and connection throughout out the day. Easy to return the device by placing in a mail box at the airport as we were leaving.

Pick up and drop off was really convenient. It was super easy to set up initially. The connection was always reliable and stable, I used it when travelling all over Japan. Will definitely use this pocket wifi again on my next trip.

Very easy to use! Gave me excellent WiFi everywhere I went. Extra battery pack is helpful! Super easy- delivered to my hotel and dropped off at my last hotel! Very pleased with the service.
