I have used Japan Wireless a few times. The experience has been good. I have the unit delivered to the hotel and drop it off at the mail box at the airport. I had coverage everywhere, even in the subway.

We rented the JW pocket wifi in March and November 2024. The unit worked great without any issues and made navigating throughout Japan very easy and enjoyable. Receiving the unit and returning was made so simple...The customer service was great! Will be renting the unit again next year when we visit Japan. Thanks so much...
